I’m a product manager with entrepreneurial experience. I’ve worked on SaaS, B2B, and B2C projects, and have also built physical products. I love connecting business, technology, and users – speaking the same language with customers, developers, and leadership. I enjoy a creative approach and like finding unconventional solutions, but I always try to base decisions on data.
I believe that wow effects and new ideas are great, but hypotheses should always be tested quickly and cost-effectively. KPIs and metrics help measure results, but true product understanding comes from empathy and seeing things through the user’s eyes.

Each of them taught me something valuable: some brought great results, others important lessons. Both shaped how I build products today.
Online platform for mental health professionals and organizations. It allows creating profiles, publishing articles, and hosting events with ticket sales. Multilingual communication is powered by DeepL integration.
Built from scratch with its own product line – decorations and makeup. Founded over 15 years ago, the business runs on a real-time multi-warehouse order system that keeps the entire process transparent for customers.
Management system for sports clubs and facilities. It manages memberships, court bookings, and payments, featuring a “fair booking” system that balances demand and lets players easily swap reserved slots.
An all-in-one platform for booking halls, managing events, memberships, and ticketed entry. Used in a family recreation center with bowling, table tennis, badminton, a small cinema, and a café.
A service connecting students with tutors and academic supervisors for exam preparation and thesis writing. Included a full system for request handling, project tracking, and tutor management.
Organized the full process of creating a custom wedding limousine – from international production to import and TÜV certification in Germany. Licensed under the brand Martyn’s Hochzeitskutsche.
