Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you access the site, technically necessary connection data is processed (including IP address, date and time, requested address, browser information) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. To protect against automated requests, the cookie “__cf_bm” (30 minutes) may be set. The legal basis is § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG and our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

Consent and storage of your choice

On your first visit, a banner lets you choose optional services. Your choice (categories, version, date) is stored in the browser's localStorage (“cookie-consent”, 12 months) and is used only to remember your decision. This storage is strictly necessary (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4

With your consent to the “Statistics” category, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland are used. Google Analytics helps us understand how the site is used (pages viewed, time of visit, approximate region, browser and device, source of the visit). The cookies “_ga” and “_ga_<ID>” last up to 2 years; data is deleted after 14 months.

Google Consent Mode is used in basic mode: without consent, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not loaded and no data is sent to Google. A transfer to the USA is possible; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Withdrawal: “Cookie settings”.

Meta Pixel (marketing)

With your consent to the “Marketing” category, we use the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. It helps us measure whether visitors use the website after clicking one of our Facebook or Instagram ads and lets us show ads to people who have visited the site. This processes, in particular, IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed and interactions; Meta may link this data to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for its own purposes.

The pixel sets the cookies “_fbp” and, when you arrive via an ad, “_fbc” (90 days). We and Meta are jointly responsible for the collection and transfer (Art. 26 GDPR); Meta alone is responsible for further processing. A transfer to the USA is possible; Meta Platforms, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Local fonts

The fonts used on this website are loaded from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or other external font providers is made.

Social media links

The site contains ordinary links to Instagram and Telegram, as well as WhatsApp contact links. Showing them does not create a connection to the providers; after clicking you leave our website and the respective provider's terms apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to withdraw consent with effect for the future and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
